Very professional and nice person to work thanks very much for your service
Carlos was very helpful in every step of this process. He explained things to me that I didn’t understand. He always kept a positive and encouraging attitude with me. Carlos always kept me up to date with everything that took place. I would definitely use him again for my next real estate ordeal and definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great agent.
We were introduced to Carlos after 2 other Realtors failed to bring us any offers on our Daytona property. After listing with Carlos, he brought us a buyer in 2 weeks. This property was NOT an easy sell. Had lots of issues and needed someone with experience in the market, knows values, and knows the Daytona market. That person is Carlos! We highly recommend Carlos 100% of the way. He went above and beyond. He also returned ALL texts and phone calls immediately. A true professional!
Carlos is so helpful and accommodating.

They submitted all the required documents to the HOA and kept everything moving without me having to worry about anything. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism, efficiency, and attention t... read more
