We did a whole house interior repaint with Rafael after he was recommended by local tradesmen. His crew was excellent… they were detail-oriented, worked hard, and were kind enough to help move furniture in for us when it was delivered. Everything was done on time and communicated well, and the quote was competitive. Rafael is also knowledgeable in many different aspects than painting, and generally is trustworthy.
Rafael Martinez is the absolute best. I felt so lucky to have him paint my house. He was responsive, detail oriented, and really cared about the whole job of getting the house ready — not just his part. He communicated small details like the finish of a faucet not matching, and lined up a plumber, electrician, carpentry to take care of all the odds and ends . Martinez Painting Co. went above and beyond and did a fabulous job painting my house. My 1910 house was in pretty poor condition, badly needing paint and repairs to the trim, siding, shingles, soffits, and porch railings and posts. My contractor brother in law told me that another winter could not come before I painted the house. Realistically it needed to be painted at least 5 years ago. We could not be more impressed with the exterior paint job Martinez Painting recently completed on our home.
