Very pleased with the work that was done. Replaced our carpet and repaired a leak on a slide. Very professional and all was done in a timely manner. Had been told by previous repair man that couldn’t find and would be difficult to find us an ac cover that got busted up in a hail storm. As soon as Mr Martinez saw it he told us he had one. Highly recommend this business.
Absolutely amazing experience with this RV repair shop! Everyone here was so kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I understood exactly what was being repaired. The work was done quickly and the quality exceeded my expectations. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s such a relief finding a trustworthy shop that’s honest, dependable, and truly goes the extra mile. Mr. Martinez and his brother saved us on a Saturday afternoon with a slide motor repair. They were VERY responsive , knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They had the issue repaired in an hour & also did another very minor repair while they were here. We definitely recommend them for whatever your RV repair needs are.
We had a leak under our kitchen sink and were staying at the KOA in Sallisaw OK. They recommended Martinez. My husband called and told them our problem. The person who answered the phone took the information and said they would call back. We got a call within 30 minutes saying they would be at our camper at 2:00pm. True to their word they were here on time. They found the problem and quickly fixed it. Fast, friendly service and reasonably priced. A full-time RV'ers dream. Highly recommend Martinez RV Repair.
This man is phenomenal! He is very very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will never call anyone else. This man is my guy, period!
