They illegally installed a neighbor's line through my backyard. Tore up my yard to bury the line, and cut my own Brightspeed line while doing so. They lied about having removed the line in the back, they lied to MetroNet/T-Fiber who were supposed to have it removed. They've only sent an email saying they fixed everything and won't do anything. Update due to owner response definitely is you check the pictures again. So your a liar on top of a poor worker . See photos of text messages where company number messages and says this is spectrum. Poor quality of work. Actually had a kid with them that paid better attention to detail and had to show them a spot where wire wasn't properly buried on the previous time coming out.
