Called this law firm because I needed help with settlement everything seemed good at first. I had my consultation where he told me he would call me back the following Monday it’s a month later and I still have yet to hear from him even after I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Find someone who will actually make time for a 2 minute phone conversation!
The worse lawyer in Colorado,Joe Martinez, this person is a complete scam, do not recommend him at all unless you want to get charged $700 for a phone call that he did not get responded on. I would never ask this guy for legal advice again. He stated he would handle making arrangements for a legal case for me. He stated that I should not attend a hearing - that he would represent me. Because he did not make the arrangements he stated he would and did not even have the decency to tell me he did not do what I hired him for, I received major financial penalties.
