Mr. Miguel, the owner offered good quality work in our lawn care and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with his attention to detail and promptness. I asked Mr Martinez for a tree installation quote and received a timely response. He provided multiple updates when asked by email and clearly read my contract in full. If you want a responsive company to handle the work through email, Mr Martinez will save your time.

Miguel Martinez, the owner, sets an appointment and does not show up for the appointment nor call to cancel - just leaves you ⁸hanging. I guess good business etiquette is not important to him. This makes him unreliable for service and doe indeed waste a customer's time. After Miguel was a no show several times, we went with a another company that is "dependable" and reliable landscape service.
