Let me start with the positive: the maintenance crew we have had is professional and courteous. It has been a true pleasure having them do the weekly work for us. They are embarrassed by their boss' , Raul Martinez, behavior and attitude and have lamented it to us several times. Raul Martinez used to work with the fantastic general contractor who built our custom house (as a sidenote, he has now found a different subcontractor for his landscaping needs).
