Awful customer service agent’s working there. Was looking for a simple quote, gave them all my info thinking I was going to get a quote right away since they didn’t have any customers when I called, Then was told that I was going to get a call back sometime during the day, that was if no customers walked in, Mind they had no customers at the time I called why should I have to await until a customer walks in then be put second in line and then 1st priority.
