We had a very disappointing experience with Martinez Heavy Truck Tire & Repair. We called ahead to ask if they could patch a truck tire, and they told us to come in. However, when our driver arrived, they refused to patch the tire—without giving any valid reason. To make matters worse, they also refused to install our spare tire, which we had brought with us and were ready to pay to have mounted. Showed up on time when he said he would be there. Friendly and had the correct parts with him. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and was able to get back on the road. Will use again.
