We called this office several times over the past week and a half to get updates on my dad’s status. They kept responding “Oh, he might be in today or tomorrow.” Come to find out he had been at the funeral home for a week. We called the medical examiner for the first time this morning and received this information. Once we found this information from the medical examiner, the funeral home then finally start taking our inquiries seriously. The only positive time Mom's passing was the time Martinez Funeral Chapel was involved. The burden was lifted when I realized everything was taken care of. Jackie was up front about pricing and a good listener. They have a nice building that's been hidden by freeway construction, but is spacious and comforting. Emma provided solid post funeral resources that I was unable to find elsewhere. Thank you.
