We saw Dr Martinez for my college kid’s lower back problem which was a bulging disk due to repetitive motion of erg he works out on at college. This pain affected him from sitting for days.This doctor was supposed to be a second opinion. We were shocked how he the doctor totally minimized his condition almost denying him having a bulging disk even after he saw MRI’s. I was seen by this doctor named Eugenio Martinez from this hospital, when I must needed a doctor in my life, I was seen him for every 4 weeks for 4 months after I had got hurt during my shift at Big Lots where I worked for 3 years. This doctor totally ignored my request for an MRI, or any kind of treatment at all. Dr Martinez is fantastic! I've been going to the New England Baptist for 30 years and he is very conscientious, follows through quickly, is very knowledgeable and quick to point out in the areas where he is not. For example, he told me that he does not give opinions on whether people should get surgery, that is not his area. So he's quite Direct and the first time I met with him I was a little bit put off but then you realize he's actually very kind goes the extra mile, spends the extra time and really cares

Horrible. The staff there were so snobby and dishonest about everything.
