Mike was knowledgeable and prompt. He came to our home on Thanksgiving (2012) to fix the element in our water heater. He arrived within 1 hour of us calling and finished the job within 30 minutes. He was very informative and educated us on how our element blew. I have called Mike for every job I've had since then and I suggest you do as well.
