Great customer service, responded in a timely manner and did a great job installing new windows in our home.
Horrible experience, sold me a window that doesn’t work and when I called him to let him know he said he would come and fix it but he never fixed it , and now he doesn’t answer my calls nor text messages. He has a bad attitude problem, & bad customer service, & bad windows.
He wasted 11 days of my time. I called and got a quote, so I said that sounds good and he asked me to text him the specs. Then I hear nothing for days, so I follow up again. Then I call him, and he's like oh yeah, let me check, then he hangs up and again nothing. Days wasted because he doesn't know how to run a business. I would avoid.
