Warning!!!!! This shop lost the keys to my vehicle and told me that the employee that lost them was unaccounted for! The owner Martinez would not give me the name of the employee upon request! I was without a car for 4 days!!! The owner Martinez told me he would have to rekey my car! Once my car was rekeyed the owner told me that I could no longer pay through "snap finical" which was the original agreement.
