My car was damaged on the side, I found it with the side mirror damaged and scratches on the body. I took it in, and contacted my insurance. Sean noticed some additional scratches and dents that I hadn't seen. It was pretty easy with my insurance and they already had the shop in their system. Sean was nothing but professional and super nice through the entire process, he kept me in loop on what was going on with my car.
