I've been a regular member of this club since January 2024 and my only regret is not joining sooner! I was hesitant to join a gym post-pandemic, but the results I see and feel from working out at home pale in comparison to the workouts I get at this club. The bootcamp and spin classes are my favorite. Ben and Che are both excellent trainers and they are the main reason I look forward to each class. This place rules! Ben and his team offer fun, high energy workouts that will get you into fantastic shape. I have been going to the MAC for four years and love personal training sessions with Ben as well as the Bootcamp and Spin classes. Highly recommended!
Love taking classes with Ben! His classes are upbeat, fun, and I always look forward to it. If you’re looking for a good sweat and the feeling of fulfillment, this is a great place to be. :)
