I called the owner about my new washer to see about maintenance. He was nice he came out and advised I needed nothing everything looks great. He was honest, one time and didn't try to scam me. I will be referring and calling him for all appliance needs.
I highly recommend Charles Martinez Appliance Repair located in Spring Hill. He returned my call on a SATURDAY at 8:30 a.m. although he does not open until 9 a.m. I had a washer that was not agitating. He asked a few pertinent questions and had me send him a picture of the washer so he could identify it. Made an appointment for 8 a.m. Monday morning. 7-18-22 Top Notch!. I thought I may have had low freon but Carlos took 1 look and noticed evap motor fan not spinning. He replaced the little motor on a 2009 upright freezer. Carlos is very friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. Highly Recommend him for all your appliance repairs. Thank you Carlos.
12/29/2021 Carlos was very nice and prompt and fixed my dryer for a reasonable amount. I will call him again for any appliance repair.
