Nice guy, but it's time to hang up the stethoscope. I went in with some symptoms I had been experiencing for weeks. They included weakness and chills but no fever. I was very concerned. He told me that it could be stress and sent me on my way with no tests. Good thing I listened to my body and got my own tests. Two different concerning things were flagged. Terry was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Martinetti went above and beyond to take care of my son and really get to the root cause of his pain. Highly recommend!
Dr Martinetti is one of the best PCPs I’ve ever been to. He’s extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and always takes his time. He makes a thorough assessment and I always feel reassured/confident with his decisions. Terry at the front desk is lovely! The practice is amazing and has such a personal feel.
The woman at the front desk is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. She should not be front desk at all as her people skills are garbage. So bad that I walked out and don’t plan on coming back. I even tried to speak to the doctor who kept defending her saying “I get so many comments on how great she is”. Lolllll I wouldn’t touch this place with a 100 ft pole.
