I have never had to play this goose chase game of "what provider got what?" Starting with an appointment and referral to an orthopedic specialist from a doctor who couldnt give the referral in the first place, to the referral not even being sent to the specialist I was referred to after asking several times..... now I'm at yet another appointment with another specialist who has not received my referral from this Cigna medical group to fix my problem with my hip... nobody seems to know where my Xrays are nor my MRI .... Detailed concerned helpful compassionate kind honest intelligent... truly what I’ve been looking for in a primary care doctor which has been challenging she jumped in and listened to my entire history even though it took forever.
