My husband and I had been house hunting for a while with no luck and a few offers we winded up getting beat out by. Our first offer we put on a house with martine we got accepted. She knew exactly how to strengthen our offer and I believe that is very important in the current market. My husband and I were not able to attend our final walk through and martine completed it via FaceTime for us answering all of our questions. Martine is great and if you love a house she will do everything she can to make sure you get it!!!

Martine was amazing to work with in this crazy market! She was incredibly responsive, constantly checking in and making sure we stayed on track. We had some challenges with inspections and communication between lawyers, but she handled everything smoothly and kept things moving forward. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, we were able to close on our home, even with multiple other offers on the table.
