My husband and I had been house hunting for a while with no luck and a few offers we winded up getting beat out by. Our first offer we put on a house with martine we got accepted. She knew exactly how to strengthen our offer and I believe that is very important in the current market. My husband and I were not able to attend our final walk through and martine completed it via FaceTime for us answering all of our questions. Martine is great and if you love a house she will do everything she can to make sure you get it!!!
