We were in auto delivery and ran out of propane. When I called there was no apology, no I’ll have someone get there ASAP. I got we’ll get there sometime today. Hours later I called back and again I got the same snippy answer. We were without heat for 22 hours and it was their fault and she couldn’t even muster an apology. I found someone else for propane and ended up saving A LOT of money. When I called to say why I wouldn’t be needing them anymore (same snippy lady) she could care less. We were a customer for 23 years!

0 stars. I have been a customer for 2 years. I am a "renter" & paid for the mandatory safety check 2 years ago & pay prior to delivery. The co. will not deliver fuel to rental properties any other way. I called there 1/4/18 because we were running out of propane. I have had no heat, no hot water & no stove for almost a week because I was told I needed to speak to Glenn who just kept telling me he had no equipment. I was told to call back the following day. I purchased my tank as a recommendation thru an excavator There are no contracts with a thousand gallons I fill up in the summer they are trust worthy and honest . I recommend to everyone I know justed wanted to thank them.
