I have no issues at all with the doctors or nurses at this facility - they’re top-notch and have always provided excellent care. However, my recent experience with the front desk staff was unacceptable. I called ahead to let them know I was running behind (due to a health issue). After being put on hold for several minutes, I was told to still come in. The lady at the desk asked if I could hold she continuously puts me on hold for at least two minutes, I told her I needed to see a doctor so I could get back to work, she tells me only one doctor is open a week away and when I try to call back to tell her let.me know if someone cancels she continuously puts me on hold. My point is why have a doctor if you can't see one, and why ask someone if they will hold and you say no and they automatically do it anyways.
