Doctor Martina Masongsong is a great doctor. She took care of me since I moved to US and she’s very profissional and excellent doctor. My 1 star is for the OPTUM. Since she became part of this organization I’m not able anymore to get a refill for my medication until my appointment, I’m not able to speak with her. She got a vacation and the staff couldn’t ask any doctor or her to send a refill prescription until she come back and they are not even able to let me know the price of the appointment. Dr Masongsong is a very doctor and care about her patients.
Horrible customer service. Called Thursday January 26th and I was told a nurse will call me back. I never got a call back from a nurse. I called again on Friday January 27th. I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes in total. Call log 1/26: 5:15pm 15 minutes. Call log 1/27: 3:09pm 20 minutes. 3:37pm 8 minutes. 3:46 pm 2 minutes. My daughter and I will never visit this office again.
