I am so disappointed with the product I purchased 9 months ago. It has broken constantly and no support from the company other than that they can sell me replacement parts. Now this machine is no longer being made. Hmmmm I wonder why. Buyer beware.

I have purchased a Martin Yale Folder 1217A from MyBinding.com and the folder is a lemon. Sent the first one back to MyBindnd and received a second one that also does not work. I am a UPS Store Owner.
Flawless Customer Service!!!! I purchased one of their electric hole punchers through Amazon. It worked great for about 4 months. After that, it started to get stuck. I contacted Amazon and they referred me to Martin Yale. I left a message and received a call the next day. I was asked to complete one form and told that they would have me ship it to them to see if it could be fixed. I received an email the next day that they would just send me a new one. The new one arrived in less that a week of my initial contact with them.
