We purchased a Count EZ Creaser for our production shop and have generally been satisfied with the machine itself. Unfortunately, our experience with parts support has been extremely disappointing. When a drive belt failed, our binding department was immediately shut down. I am so disappointed with the product I purchased 9 months ago. It has broken constantly and no support from the company other than that they can sell me replacement parts. Now this machine is no longer being made. Hmmmm I wonder why. Buyer beware.

I have purchased a Martin Yale Folder 1217A from MyBinding.com and the folder is a lemon. Sent the first one back to MyBindnd and received a second one that also does not work. I am a UPS Store Owner.
