Staff are very helpful when you get them on the phone. BUT, do NOT expect them to return your calls or answer your emails in a timely fashion. You may have to call them over and over again to get their attention and get an answer or information you may need. So it's very challenging to get their attention when you need it. Most of the time they promise to call you back or email you back and most of the time they never do. No calls, no emails even after promising. Was looking for somewhere else but then Thank God I visited the insurance office in person and met Cheryl Duggan, completely changed my mind, her knowledge, patience, and kind, down to earth way of explaining things made such a difference. My advice, if u r looking for an insurance professional go in n talk to her.. Don’t do it over the phone or emails. Sit down n talk to her. Thank you Ms. Duggan.
