Stay away from this lawyer at all costs. They do not return phone calls in a timely matter, if at all. They will have an excuse after excuse as to why no progress has been made. They will wait 3-4 months (in our case) and then tell you they can't take the case. Victor Martin and his secretary failed us miserably. I urge you to stay away from this firm at all costs. Great attorney. Professional and friendly.
Victor Marin is a very unprofessional lawyer. I met with him 3 weeks ago to start a trust. He was going to check my insurance coverage and get back to me. He did not. I called him 4 times and spoke to his secretary, and every time he told me that he would call me back, but he never did. Today I received a letter from him saying that he cannot take my case with no explanation. Very mean and rude attitude and very unprofessional.
Very solid lawyer, would recommend for everyone. Fair prices all around the board.
Took forever to get my amendment completely done.
