Having lived in Roanoke for a number of years, I had never tried Martin travel..... until today. My wife and I are planning a trip to go out West, the two of us, and so we decided to let Martin travel, find us flights and a hotel for a night. We met with a woman named Judy Miron. She began by pulling up airfare flight information. Why she decided to pull up only one adult flying, instead of two, which she knew was going to be a flight for the two of us, she priced it out as one adult. Just had the rudest experience with Judy. Spoke down to us and acted as if what we said to her could not have been true. Stating I hardly doubt you found something at that price and. Also, asked for prices for 2 people and she REFUSED to quote the price for 2 people. Until she was called out on her condescending attitude.
Missy Sharp is wonderful! She has planned 3 amazing trips. She always is available to answer my question. Very knowledgeable about travel and destinations. Great at finding best deals for your budget. I will never book a trip without Missy!
