Have not had good experiences with the practice. While with my primary care provider I have had several occasions when the provider has been 30 to 45 minutes late. Or has not come in at all while reaching out to avoid hospitalization. This provider and the practice didn't even bother to let clients know when they left the practice. Only to have me transferred to an NP. In the last two days May 26th and 27th I have made several attempts to reach out only to be hung up on multiple times.
