The girl answer the phone is without doubt the most ignorant argument waiting to happen,I strongly recommend everywhere else instead of being treated very very poorly here ,as I am a patient of the clinic where I am supposed to be able to depend on the doctor for help since December 24 2025 I have been hung up on while begging for help dealing with kidney stones and have not received any help or phone call from anyone that I am supposed to be able to depend on for medical care it's absolutely neglect
completely ignores and mistreats behavioural addiction setting up systems to discourage and isolate those seeking help for patterns they see as "choice" or "moral failings".
I've been using these guys as my primary docs for yrs now. I'm thankful to have them but there is one doctor there back a few yrs ago that decided to "play god" and I was hrs away from death from dehydration (during the +50 heat) and because she messed with my medication without having even any respect TO TELL ME. I got really sick and was dying on my floor of organ failure from dehydration and my ex saved my life. Toda was the first dayi had to deal with her. Awful, more geared to junkies . UNPROFESSIONAL!! there is no real health care to be found here. It's extremely political comparing your medical needs to another patients, clearly confidentiality does not matter. The receptionists are awful, the doctor was 2 hours late and terrible and a complete waste of time. Interior health is a dumpster fire 🔥
