My family had Dr. Martin Stone as their physician for nearly 30 years. He was so kind, receptive, and had great bedside manner. We really loved him. His new office staff is impolite and unhelpful. During my two interactions with them, once in January 2025 and again today over the phone, they were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I understand Dr. Stone is now retiring - and we wish him our genuine best - but due to our interactions with his office staff we are moving to a different practice.
I used to be a patient of Dr. Stone and since he retired and sold the business to this new org, I went to give it a try. I saw Dr. Laca, and in less than a minute after he seeing me, recommended me go on some crazy meds that I even know, I don't need. I had a lower back pain, suddenly happened, and without even touching me, he decided that it was a chronic illness due to my age. I just did CrossFit 3 days ago. This guy is insane. Was a patient at Dr.Stone office for years. Staff was good. The last year The doctor and the staff very poor. If you looking for a good doctor DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR
Kimberly that takes phone calls and prescriptions requests is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in the medical field she should be retrained in costumer care and has no place in healthcare maybe try working at the DMV if she can improve her attitude!
Had to wait 3 months to finally get an appointment and when I finally went to the doctor was extremely dismissed with my situation. I have been struggling for several months with my health and came to this office for results. I asked to speak to the doctor several times and the front desk completely didn’t want to help me out with that. This is such an unprofessional office and you can tell neither the doctor or other staff care for their patients.
