Applied for a job and felt it was too detailed and did not reflex the skill level required. I am an engineer and while I could solve all the problems, not enough time was alotted.

Been there 6 mths, they put 3 people in the hospital last year due to the heat, corporate office next door, no one had heat stoke there, managers in air condition...they don't care about hourly employees, super visor Victor talks with employees about how to make moonshine..illegal activity. Super visor frank asleep in the back office multiple occasions. Force you to buy tools to make their product. Apparently I needed to learn Spanish, in order to do my job. No les recomiendo trabajar ahí solo contratan familiares primos hermanos todos son familia y no se vale aparte la paga es no es muy buena y en el turno de la tarde no dan horas extras asta parece que se van a morir de ambre por dar over time ..y en estos tiempos todo ya esta muy caro si mejorarán la paga estaría muy bien..
