Derek was really quick to get back to me after I reached out, responding within 24 hours. He came out the same day to inspect the roof and gave me a written estimate right after discussing the issues he noticed that might be causing the leaks. He showed great knowledge about slate roofs and their repairs. The job started within the same week.
