So I contacted him because he's on of the few in the area that I'm buying my first home. He got right back to me after I left a message and basically said whatever to get the job. He came to do inspection and spoke with me and knows I'm under contract and have a deadline to meet. Now it has been 14 days, still not a report to give my lender and the last 6 days not answering his phone, his text, nothing.
