I've worked with Martin's on 2 separate issues with my car that happened back to back. Both times they worked quickly to be able to get my vehicle back to me. They offer great financing options. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future!
Martins ALWAYS meets the challenge! My experiences have been fantastic with them. Matt has repeatedly worked to ensure that I can get my car back in a timely manner. My schedule makes it difficult to get to the shop before the early evening but as a general rule there's such a quick turnaround that I'm rarely without my car and if they need it longer they have free loaners! What a lifesaver Martin's has been! Matt is extraordinary to work with!

I came in in an emergency with a flat, headed to one of those other big lame stores. Thank goodness I did! The best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced! And the integration with technology is awesome!
Quoted me $998 and some change to replace a broken hose in my a/c system and refill it. With no mechanical experience or training, I was able to do it myself in 30 minutes after getting all the parts including the refrigerant for roughly $80. So unless they're charging 1800 an hour to work on my car, it's simply not worth it.
