I was hearing a terrible growling when I got above 40 mph. I suspected and Martin’s confirmed it was wheel bearing. I had checked online and they quoted me a price a little below the average. Discovered I also needed a control arm. Martin’s had everything done the same day. Martin’s told me about future recommendations but no high-pressure sales. My Nissan Altima sounds like new again. I’m keeping my business with Martin’s.
Told me they were running brake specials 350 or 450 per axle ! They should have been way more specific because that price almost tripled when I explained I had drums and shoes in the rear part of the car. They do great work but those prices are tricky and misleading
Go back to selling tires, no one here should be working on car's. Just because you can pass a test does not mean you can perform the work. Lied to customer about work done and damaged other aspects of the engine repair they were supposed to be doing. Go somewhere else for service! Stick to tires Martin...
Martins ALWAYS meets the challenge! My experiences have been fantastic with them. Matt has repeatedly worked to ensure that I can get my car back in a timely manner. My schedule makes it difficult to get to the shop before the early evening but as a general rule there's such a quick turnaround that I'm rarely without my car and if they need it longer they have free loaners! What a lifesaver Martin's has been! Matt is extraordinary to work with!
