I have been searching for a new mechanic in my neighborhood since the one I’ve been with for some time had moved on and retired.. I have been getting flyers from Martin’s and seeing that they did quite a bit of what needed to be done typically on a vehicle. By far the BEST oil change place I’ve ever been to! I live in Davison and had no clue they were here. The service I experienced was absolutely awesome, and it was very very fast. Highly recommend coming here for oil changes. Also, Tobias was the guy who changed my oil. He was extremely knowledgeable and make sure all of my fluids were topped off. I will definitely be coming here with all of my vehicles from now on. Thank you!
Judging by the recent reviews, there has been a decline. I paid $135 for their diagnostic services. Martin's produces fraudulent diagnosis and attempted to charge us $1,600 for battery replacement and a fuel pump. I got a second opinion and learned my son had driven the car on reserve. The new mechanic put $10 fuel in my son's car -- the car had no issues, ran normal. Only needed gas. I contacted Martin's and asked for a good faith partial reimbursement, esp. after multiple towing fees based on their diagnostic. They refuse... read more
They were absolutely fantastic! My AC was blowing warm in my 2016 Ford Mustang GT. I dropped it off the evening before and it was diagnosed and ready by 1:00PM the next day! Of course they kept me posted every step of the way. They charged me 1/3rd of the dealership price to boot! They are my go to mechanics from now on! Wonderful service, staff and follow-through! Keep up the good work!!! ❣️
Sat for 2 hrs to get charged $70 to have water put in my water reservoir. And the AC recharge I went in for did not get done. Tried setting me up for a completely different repair for $1400. Be careful out here!!
