We can't even begin to express our satisfaction with Don from Martin's Tile Works. We had our entire house remodeled from ceilings to floors. Martin's Tile Works redesigned our master bedroom bathroom- we had one shower head and we wanted a second and an enlarged shower. Don was professional for the entire project. He stayed within budget and stayed on schedule. He offered options for the design, options for tiles, options for the shower door. This job was done about two months ago and I am sorry I waited so long to write this review, but my point is I love my shower more every day. Awful & Horrible experience!! We hired Don for a bath/shower project. He demanded to be paid before the job was complete. He also refused to accept a credit card. Not only did he not complete the job, we had to hire another contractor to tear out & redo work that Don didn’t properly install. If you can deal with a bad attitude & poor workmanship then Don’s your guy. Don’t be fooled by the (5) star reviews like I did (they must be self reviews). I hired Martin’s Tile Works to remodel my bathroom. When we started the project, I was just hoping for a new bathroom that would be acceptable because the old bathroom was unacceptable. However, I got much more than I expected. My bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I love it. The tile (including the wainscoting) is exquisite! The job was completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The quality of the workmanship was superb. I definitely plan to hire Don again for my kitchen remodel.
Don Martin did a great job with the tile floors in my house. He explained everything he was doing clearly, and got the job done in a timely manner. He worked with us to complete the project with the least amount of inconvenience to the household, and kept the workspace clear and clean on a daily basis. I would recommend Martins Tileworks completely.
