DO NOT USE THEM! Extremely rude and unprofessional. This company was assigned through my home warranty company. My air conditioner was not working. When the techs showed up, they opened the very large access door to the inside air handler. They showed up with a sawzall and said they needed to cut the wall to get inside and investigate. No other company has ever had an issue; I have been in the crawl space myself. I refused to let them cut open my bedroom wall since the access door is plenty big enough. Does not return phone calls or messages and then claims I never tried to contact him!! Totally unprofessional. Overcharged us for part, then offered to reimburse us, ha, never got the money back. Still no refund of the $120 I was overcharged for a $25 part!!!! No wonder not accredited by BBB, I filed with them.
This man sold me and my wife on a new unit for our downstairs unit. The unit was covered under warranty but the installation was not due to new wiring ect. 3500$ job out of pocket by the way. He came out and did the job and all was good. A month later the upstairs unit just suddenly died. Ofcoarse we called Martin and he shows up and says I do not how to fix this sorry and leaves. So we get another company to come evaluate. They tell us the upstairs unit mother board is fried due to bad Installation on the downstairs unit.. ... read more
JT Martin heating and air are the most honest A/C company that we have ever dealt with. They are very trustworthy, extremely dependable and the whole staff to include owner are so pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend this company to everyone.
