Let’s start off with I have 5 large loving messy dogs. My floors were turning black and I am recovering from pancreatic cancer surgery. I do not have the energy to scrub this floor. I contacted Martin restores it. They came out and gave me an estimate for the job. I thought it was a reasonable price so I schedule.. They were able to come out the very next week. James is wonderful. Prompt and thorough communication from start to finish. The cleaning was superb and I had carpet, upholstery and hardwood cleaned at fair prices. Definitely recommend.

Truly excellent service. We had a couple rugs cleaned that were extremely dirty and they did a great job. They have great customer service, it was easy to schedule and they were reliable and prompt. Felt like they went above and beyond to give good service. There is also an option for nontoxic cleaning materials which is hard to find elsewhere.
