I was really hesitant after reading all of these reviews but I just saw dr. Gallo and it was an all together good experience. He went through everything and my exam in about 10 minutes, talked to me the whole time and didn't linger. He was there on business and got me out of there quickly. If you have concerns before you see him bring them up to the nurse before hand. He gets straight to the point and at no point did I feel violated or uncomfortable. Going back in a few months to get my IUD replaced.
I found Martin Gallo to be unprofessional, unethical and did not provide quality or evidence-backed care. He did physical procedures I did not consent to. He did not discuss or follow-up with many health issues in my chart. Reading his note he added information about my health he did not receive from me that does conflicts with my current health status. Martin Gallo and his staff need to do better. You may have 20 years experience and called yourself “THE PROFESSIONAL”, but trust me, there was nothing professional about you or your staff. You may see and treat thousands like you claimed, but I have one daughter and this doesn’t happen to her all the time. Heed the warnings of the other Google reviews from other women. I certainly wish I would have but I was desperate for a “soonest” appointment to follow up on an er visit with specific findings. I am honestly glad he showed his true colors in the first 2 mins of our visit (which he was 30 mins late for) and my gut told me to NOT to agree to a physical exam that day, so glad I did not let this provider near me physically.
