I am making this rating just going off trying to make an appointment there. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before the answering service lady finally picked up and I only had one question if thy except my insurance and she told me they’re closed today. I have to call back tomorrow didn’t say goodbye or anything just hung up very unprofessional and a waste of my time I do also find it funny because online it says they’re open today from 9 to 4 PM
every time i go to this office i am impressed by how friendly the staff is. Dr Fadel is very knowledgeable and kind ,he understands exactly what his patients need.if you ever need a doctor i recommend Dr Fadel because he is truly the best doctor i have had a years.
Disappointed in their customer service - the woman who answers the phone is not helpful and should work on how to address potential patients and learn how to say “thanks for calling, have a good day” instead of bluntly hanging up.
