Paid for a new liner in February!! Have called at least 6 times to find out when they're coming. Were told they'd be here LAST Saturday. No call back on any other attempts to get information. Horrible customer service, horrible technicians, awful company. Do NOT use Martin!!

yes I would recommend Martin Pools. the staff is friendly and dependable! Martin Pools has a nice guy taking care of our hot tub for several months now and he's here every week and it always looks great!
