Pilot light would not stay lit on our Water Heater. Had an engineer out who charged an extortionate amount just for a call out, had no idea what to do and left. Finally found Mario who came with no call out fee, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us a reasonable price & returned the next day with a new part and got our hot water back on with minimum fuss.
