suddenly closed and I emailed to ask for my records. No reply until now. disappointing!!! Since the end of last year they suddenly changed doctors everything was changed. and Back again like the beginning after 1/2 x consultation with a new doctor. Without any notification at all. I am with them from last 2 and half year, regular patient, I am almost end of my braces journey…. Last week i missed my appointment i was not feeling well, i was trying to contact them from last week but no answer, today i went there physically and guess what the clinic was closed and there was a note on glass that clinic closed permanently. Very bad service. Did my braces with them. Suddenly, they emailed me that they are closing down and said that they will transfer the treatment to the other clinic. Until now, there is no update. Slow response to email as well. I'm very disappointed.
I am their regular patient since a long time. I am at the end of my braces journey…. I got a email on 15 august that they are closing the clinic. I give them a call and they gave me an option to book appointments with my ongoing doctor at other clinics where they will transfer all our records. But I wait 10 days I didn’t get any updates from them and now i try to contact them they’re did receive call also didn’t respond to my email. It so frustrating and unprofessional.
