Paul Welch is an old school barber giving a classic man’s cut for a fair price that happens to take about 7/8 minutes per person. $15 regular hair cuts ( $12 for seniors) no frills and lots of good old fashion service and barber talk. 5 star service with extra benefits .
Paul does a great cut, it is the only place that I go. Cheap, quality cut and he is a really nice guy. Fast also!
