Called and asked about getting a boiler serviced and before I could even finish my sentence he said “no, to busy” and put the phone down. Awful service and very rude.
Shocking customer service, rang to enquire about booking a fireplace service, before I gave any details was told bluntly ‘no, I’m too busy’. Tried to explain it wasn’t required until October...but didn’t finish as phone was put down on me....
Fantastic service, amazing. Rebuilt our faithful Britony 2T. Cannot thank Martin enough for his excellent work. Totally recommend his services. Will be using Martin again and recommending him to our friends and family. Thank you.
