Dr Noonan is a saint! He is a wonderful, kind, compassionate, smart man. He is extremely bright and knowledgeable, and cares deeply about his patients. He’s an old school kind of person and physician that you don’t see anymore. His staff is very kind too! Dr Noonan is the best doctor in Syracuse and CNY. If you are going through a chronic illness, you need someone who is smart, good hearted, caring, and always willing to help. Dr Noonan is the best of the best! He is the best doctor at Crouse, and the best Dr. in CNY.

My visit with Dr. Martin Noonan on Tues. was great! He was so helpful & knowledgeable on many things I asked about. He gives each patient enough caring attention, suggestions & I left feeling very cared about. My sincere thanks. The nurse & staff are very nice as well.
