We should never have signed off, but we didn't catch all the problems on delivery, and boy do they stop caring once that shed gets dropped. They stalled us for weeks after the installation, and by this point we had no choice but to move forward and built out the shed with electric and insulation, as we couldn't keep waiting for them to fix the roof. Update 01/2021: Company called us a couple months ago with the same promise to fix things as if we hadn't already been trying for months, called us only to realize (AGAIN as if we hadn't already gone over this) that they were way past making this right other than compensating us financially. The receptionist again promised us that we would be hearing from their warranty department, which never happened. On the bright side, Google alerted me that my photos on here have 10,000 views.
