The pre-checkin portal and the lobby kiosks are ridiculous. I refuse to create an account or use the kiosks. Neither one of these systems saves time or creates efficiency. A full time monitor is required to assist in the check in process. The desk agents have become rude and arrogant. 1 Star because you can't leave zero or negative star ratings. After running all over town for an urgent care service in Stuart, FL area; and checking in MyChart, AND stopping at TWO sites for Cleveland Clinic urgent care services, AND calling FOUR times AND being assured by the staff in Palm City that the Kanner location was open, only to get there and the security guard informed me it's closed at 4:58PM on New Year's Eve. They never return your call been calling 3 months i give up ill have to find a better place that cares for patients
