They put information on your file in the notes, but neglect to tell you what you need to do next. (I have no way to see the notes) for instance…. Doctor writes, “needs blood work before prescription is filled.” It stays in the notes, nothing is passed on to me. Here I am trying to fill a prescription, called three times, three different days, ran out of prescription…… Went down to the office on the fourth day, and the lady told me that there are things in the notes that I needed to do first before prescription was filled……. ... read more
I was given the 2024 for my 2023 appointment year. I called in but only got the transferers. I was bounced from one operator to the next that I had the wrong dept. Or location. I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. Never got my appointment addressed.
Phone staff has a despicable attitude! Specifically a woman named Denise. On Friday I spoke with her begging to have someone call me after I was marked high priority and being in the hospital, she said no, they will call you when they call you….. nobody called me. On Monday she called me about a different patients medication so I asked about mine, and she started telling me the were overtaxed and there is no treatment for COVID, calling me rude and yelled more and hung up.
