I shopped three companies for home and auto insurance and chose M&M. They weren’t the cheapest (just a few dollars difference) but the service I got while “shopping” was unbelievable. If my agent was busy the person that answered the phone was ALWAYS willing to help me. I’m very pleased with my final selection.
Martin & Martin Insurance Agency is great and Jenna Romens was very helpful setting use up with Auto and Home insurance. Erie Insurance saved us lots of money compared to our other insurance company. Would definitely recommend switching to Martin & Martin Agency.
My Mother and I recently started a business, Grandma and Me, and Jenna was AMAZING with helping us understand what we needed as far as insurance! I also love visiting the business in person with how artsy the decor is, as an artist myself I appreciate making the workplace atmosphere FUN!!!
Not the best anymore. I'd recommend shopping around this agency is now concerned more about profit than service. After my auto went up 45% from myself causing an at fault accident. I was told you can't get insurance anywhere any cheaper due to this. It's amazing I've found 4 companies now that has my coverage at the cost before my accident.
Jenna and her team have been so great to work with. Didn’t feel pressure to make a decision. Great communication!
