Won't use anyone else – I have done Business with Martin Marine for many years and have always received great service and quality work. My boat is only worked on by them.
Horrible customer service – I took my boat in for service on June 14.Between june 14 and june 22 I called 5-6 times to find out what was wrong and to get an estimate. Each time the person who could give me that information was not available so I left my phone number and never received a return call. On June 22 I drove to the place and waited 30 minutes to see the service manager. I was given an estimate and told the boat would be ready on the 27th.
